Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to shipments sent to customers located within Australia. We do not currently ship outside of Australia.

Delivery Schedule

Order cutoff time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM AEST (GMT+10) will be processed the next business day.

Here’s what you can expect for order processing and delivery:

AUSTRALIA

Processing time: 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Transit time: 7-9 business days, Monday through Friday.

FREE Shipping on all orders 

 

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped from our warehouse facility in Australia via one of our trusted delivery partners.

We work with reliable carriers such as Australia Post and Fastway to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Force Majeure and Delivery Delays

JackSydney.com is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or carrier service interruptions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, such delays may occur. We will communicate with customers and assist in resolving delivery issues but cannot be held liable for these circumstances.
